  1. This footage is really beautiful, but it might be useful to add a warning to readers that drones are actually prohibited in many areas of the Drakensberg.

  2. Agree, Stunning footage but when you are out on a hike enjoying the silence and beauty around you the last thing you want to see or hear is a drone. It is an irritation in our glorious nature. I really hope that this was just once-off to promote the Berg as a tourist attraction, imagine what it would look like if every body uses his/her own drone in the Berg.

    • 100% Danita, thanks. As Ruth pointed out, drones are prohibited in most areas of the Drakensberg. This footage was actually shot as part of a wingsuit/BASE jumping film, “What if you fly”.
